Running a business is hard.
Running two at the same time \u2014 while one is growing and the other is just getting off the ground \u2014 is something else entirely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greg helps when he can. He supports this fully. He understands how much work this is. But the reality is that this is my lane, my responsibility, and my day-to-day mental load.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greg surprised me with a Cameo video from Spencer Charnas<\/strong>, the lead singer of Ice Nine Kills<\/strong>, my favorite band.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It wasn\u2019t dramatic. It wasn\u2019t overproduced. It was simple encouragement to keep going and to keep building the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And it landed harder than I expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not because he\u2019s a musician I love \u2014 but because the message came at a moment when the weight of \u201cthis is all on me\u201d had been sitting heavy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Greg didn\u2019t get that Cameo to motivate me into working harder. He got it because he knows this is<\/em> a lot.
