Well, that escalated quickly—in the best possible way! Our first week at Northwest Notary On The Go is officially in the books, and let’s just say… we’re off to a notarized start. 🔏✨
Here’s a peek at how it went down:
✅ First loan signing: Done and dusted with zero coffee stains and 100% signature alignment. (Okay, maybe 98%. We’re not robots.)
🏡 First mobile notarization: We pulled into a driveway, popped the trunk like pros, and boom—documents were stamped, ID was checked, and the dog approved of us.
🆔 First identity verification: ID matched, documents checked out, and nobody tried to impersonate Nicolas Cage. Solid win.
Honestly, we weren’t sure what to expect in our first week. Maybe a couple of calls? A polite “welcome to the neighborhood”? But what we got instead was a flood of support, curious questions, and real-deal appointments from folks who needed help now. And we were more than ready.

Guess who just leveled up in the notary world? 🙋♀️ That’s right—this girl is now a Certified Notary Signing Agent!
After enough studying to make my eyeballs cross and more acronyms than the alphabet soup aisle (HELLO, HUD, TIL, APR), I passed the big ol’ test. Somewhere between highlighting my 38th flashcard and bribing myself with snacks to finish one more practice quiz, I started to wonder: Do I even sign my own name correctly anymore?
But all that effort paid off, because now I’m fully equipped to guide clients through loan signings without panic sweat or interpretive dance. (Seriously, I can explain a promissory note like I’m reading a bedtime story—smooth, calm, and with minimal jazz hands.)

Stamps, Snacks & Sanity: Preparing for Launch Day Like a Boss
Well folks, it’s happening. On April 27, I officially step into my new role as Oregon’s favorite (self-proclaimed) traveling notary. That’s right—Northwest Notary On The Go is rolling out, stamp in hand and coffee in cup holder.
Let me tell you, getting ready to launch a business is no joke. Between choosing the perfect pen (yes, it matters), practicing my serious “notary face” in the mirror, and resisting the urge to bedazzle my stamp—I've been very busy.
So what’s ready?

✔️ My mobile notary kit is locked and loaded.
✔️ I’m this close to offering remote notarizations (as soon as the final approval hits).

Big news, folks! Northwest Notary to Go is boldly going where it hasn't gone before — I’ve officially applied to perform remote notarization! That's right, soon I might be notarizing documents faster than you can say, "Zoom me in, Scotty."
Remote notarization is basically the superhero of the notary world. It swoops in with electronic wizardry, making it possible to notarize documents without the whole "pants-required" in-person hassle. Whether you're in Oregon or orbiting Mars (okay, maybe not Mars... yet), I’m gearing up to bring you notarial awesomeness from afar.
