By booking an appointment, submitting a contact form, or using any services provided by Northwest Notary On The Go LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance with Oregon notary laws.
A deposit is required to confirm all appointments and is refundable up to two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within two hours of the appointment or for no-shows.
Deposits may be waived for established business clients at the discretion of Northwest Notary On The Go LLC.
All remaining fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and approved electronic payments.
Travel fees are $20 for the first 15 miles, plus $2 per mile after that (round-trip from Tillamook, OR). After-hours, weekend, or holiday appointments may include an additional surcharge, which will be disclosed before confirmation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible. Appointments canceled less than two hours before the scheduled time or unattended appointments are considered no-shows, and deposits will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future services.
All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of service. Documents must be complete and unsigned prior to notarization. We cannot notarize incomplete or blank documents, nor can we provide advice about document content or purpose.
Northwest Notary On The Go LLC and its notaries are not attorneys and not “Notario Públicos.”
We do not provide legal advice, draft documents, or interpret their meaning. Clients needing legal guidance should contact a licensed attorney.
In-person services are provided only within the state of Oregon and all services are performed in compliance with Oregon notary laws. Our role is limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and administering oaths or affirmations. A notarization does not validate or guarantee the accuracy or legality of a document’s content.
Northwest Notary On The Go LLC is not responsible for losses or delays resulting from inaccurate client information, incomplete documents, or third-party errors. Liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided.
Client information is kept confidential except as required by law or court order. By booking an appointment, you consent to receive confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages by phone, email, or text.
